An issue which often causes delays for conveyancing practitioners in the County is finding out of housing estates are in charge of the Local Authority.
In an effort to assist, the Tipperary Solicitors Bar Association made a request to Tipperary County Council under the Freedom of Information Acts asking for a list of such estates for the county.
The Committee is pleased to confirm that this request has been granted.
